Booking policy

48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge, except in emergencies. Late arrival doesn’t extend the lesson — it still finishes at its scheduled time.

Blocks are paid before your first lesson and are valid for 3 months. Refunds, block hours and your right to cancel are covered in our Terms & conditions.
